Cons: not a complete replacement of traditional stapler, punches a hole in your paper

This is a great addition to my office and use my stapleless stapler very frequently. However, it's no universal replacement to your traditional stapler. Like another reviewer said, if you pull too hard, the papers come apart (although you can usually fiddle with them enough and get them back together).

Because it eliminates staples from landfills, it's worth the purchase here to eliminate just a few.

Its VERY nice not to have to remove staples from papers when shredding documents. Just shred away. Very convenient.

Lots of compliments from people on how "neat" and "cool" the little pocket is. [The stapler punches a hole in the paper, but leaves the paper connected (like a tab) and folds it over and inserts the tab into a slit, cut by the stapleless stapler.] I thought the hole the stapler made would be an issue, but so far it hasn't been and I've had this for more than a year.

I'd purchase again in an instant.
