Thank you for providing your feedback regarding our sleep masks. When we originally designed our sleep mask, we considered all of the options to make sure the mask would fit every person perfectly. What we discovered was that all other sleep masks had something, either Velcro or an adjustable strap. These did make the sleep mask fit better but it made for a bump or lump, usually behind the head, that made sleeping with the mask very uncomfortable. We decided to use a one piece, light weight lace strap that was comfortable no matter how you slept on it, and that fit most people.

In those cases, such as yours where the sleep mask is too big, we suggest that you fold over a portion of the strap and put a few sewing stitches in the fold. It's best to put the fold directly in the middle of the strap becuase most people do not sleep directly on their back. However, if you do sleep direclty on your back, we suggest that you put the fold and stitches at either side.
